Due to the impact of the epidemic, I neglected to check the validity of my child's passport.
When I found out that we might not be able to take off as originally planned and needed to change our destination,
I was so disappointed and so nervous that I couldn't sleep. I contacted e-travel as soon as possible, and although you can't
contact them by phone, you can feel free to write them an email because you will receive a reply soon. I have troubled their team
several times. Caitlyn always responded to my inquiries promptly and patiently. Paul gave me a direction and guided me to find a
solution when I had no idea. I'm very grateful to them. I rate them 10 out of 10.

Above and Beyond
Way way back in 2019, we booked flights to and from Africa via e-Travel, which was super easy.
Unfortunately for us, they were on SAA and due to depart a few days after lockdown kicked in in March 2020, and our flights were
cancelled. SAA then went in to administration and refused a refund. When SAA started flying again, they offered a credit but were
only flying internally - no use for us based in the UK! What ensued was a 3 and a half year struggle to get a refund, that Paul
from e-Travel has doggedly pursued the entire time, and amazingly managed to secure this week! With travel insurance refusing
cover (due to the credit), we'd really lost hope of ever seeing the money again but Paul never gave up, kept us posted on his
progress, even if there was none, and reassured us he was still chasing. I cannot thank him enough for his absolutely super-human
effort to do this for us. Thank you, Paul! 15/10.
