Finnair operates a modern fleet comprising Airbus A319-100, A320-200, A321-200, A330-300, A350-900, as well as ATR 72-500 and Embraer E190 aircraft. The ATR 72-500 and Embraer E190 are operated by Nordic Regional Airlines. The fleet is utilised on both short-haul European routes and long-haul international flights.

Finnair operates flights from its Helsinki hub to over 80 destinations across more than 35 countries in Europe, Asia, and North America. In Europe, the airline serves numerous cities, including major capitals and regional centres. In Asia, Finnair offers flights to destinations such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Delhi. ECONOMY CLASS
On long-haul flights, the airline offers refreshed cabins featuring memory foam cushions and improved ergonomics, along with personal in-flight entertainment systems with 11" 12 screens. Economy seats on Airbus A350 and A330 aircraft are among the widest in their category and include USB-A ports for personal device charging. Short-haul Economy passengers can enjoy complimentary blueberry juice and water, with options to pre-order sandwiches or hot meals from the Nordic Kitchen selection. In-flight entertainment includes a variety of films, TV shows, and games, and Wi-Fi is available for purchase on most flights.
BUSINESS CLASS

Finnair's Premium Economy class offers passengers enhanced comfort and service between Business and Economy classes. The cabin features wider seats with 50% more legroom than standard Economy, equipped with leg rests and memory foam cushions. Passengers enjoy a quality dining experience, including a three-course meal served on chinaware, complimentary beverages (excluding sparkling wine), and a personal entertainment system with a 13-inch touchscreen loaded with over 200 movies, TV series, music channels, and games. Additionally, an exclusive amenity kit is provided on long-haul flights.

On long-haul flights, each seat is equipped with a personal entertainment screen, and the content library is updated every two months. Passengers can also access the Nordic Sky portal on their personal devices to enjoy audiobooks, digital magazines, and destination guides without requiring an internet connection. Additionally, Wi-Fi is available on most flights, allowing you to stay connected during your travel.

Finnair's in-flight cuisine, known as the Nordic Kitchen, emphasises high-quality ingredients and a fusion of Nordic flavours with destination-inspired twists. On long-haul flights, Business Class passengers are treated to a two-course meal featuring starters, a choice of main courses, cheese, and dessert, complemented by a selection of beverages. Premium Economy offers a high-quality meal service with two courses and a selection of complimentary beverages, while Economy Class provides a complimentary hot meal with non-alcoholic drinks, along with the option to purchase additional snacks and beverages.

CHECK-IN

Finnair offers multiple check-in options to enhance your travel experience. Online check-in is available up to 36 hours before departure for most flights, allowing you to select seats, add travel extras, and obtain your boarding pass electronically. For flights to and from the United States, online check-in opens 24 hours prior to departure. If you prefer to check in at the airport, Finnair provides self-service kiosks and dedicated check-in desks, with airport check-in deadlines varying by destination. At Helsinki Airport, evening check-in is available the night before departure between 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., offering added convenience for travellers.

CODESHARE AGREEMENT

Finnair provides exclusive lounge facilities at Helsinki Airport and select international destinations, offering a comfortable environment for Business Class passengers and Finnair Plus members. The lounges feature Nordic design aesthetics, with amenities such as private shower suites, a Finnish sauna, and furniture from renowned Nordic designers. Access is complimentary for Business Class travellers and Finnair Plus Platinum and Gold members. Additionally, Finnair Plus Silver members can purchase lounge access at discounted rates through Finnair's digital channels or the Finnair Shop.

FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMME

Finnair's frequent flyer programme, Finnair Plus, allows members to earn Avios points on flights and purchases. These points can be redeemed for award flights with Finnair and its partner airlines, including British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Qantas, and Qatar Airways.
