This is a restaurant that’s dear to our hearts, because it represents our company’s Greek heritage. That’s why, on Celebrity Beyond, we’ve enlisted the creative talents of the interior design firm Simeone Deary to give Cyprus Restaurant a fresh new look. Using Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty, as their inspiration, the team created a heavenly ambiance that perfectly combines delicate, airy elements with brilliant gold, sculptural accents. It’s a stately space where gods and goddesses would surely meet for a divine feast fit for… well, gods and goddesses. With its reimagined interior, the mouthwatering menus of Cyprus remain focused on seafood and feature simple, clean dishes that celebrate the food and beverages of the Mediterranean region.

Borrowing from the success of our hugely popular specialty dining venue, Tuscan Grille, Tuscan Restaurant elevates those successes to new heights. Step inside and discover Italian inspired cuisine along with an equally delicious ambiance, featuring a modern classical design inspired by Italian fashion and film. 

Inspired by our elegant Murano specialty dining venue on several of our ships, Normandie Restaurant features contemporary French cuisine in a modern and refined setting that evokes the romance of summertime in Paris, with a color palette reminiscent of cherry blossoms in full bloom. You can truly say Normandie Restaurant is the French quarter of the main dining experience on our Edge Series ships.

Mirroring our current main dining experience across our fleet, which is what brings so many of our guests back time and time again, Cosmopolitan Restaurant is the next evolution of our current main restaurants and represents our culinary expertise like no other restaurant can. Just as the name implies, travel is the inspiration for the mouthwatering dishes Daniel created. The global flavours he’s infused into his menu are designed to give guests a taste of the places that inspire him. This imaginative duo draws inspiration from a multitude of cultures and merge cutting-edge technology with old-world craftsmanship. For Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, the aesthetic is intimate and upscale, featuring soft tones, private banquette seating, and a stunning entryway.

The world-renown artists of Skullmapping have reached a true pinnacle of their custom 3D table animation art form. This dining experience is beautifully choreographed with an elegant menu created by our chef.
