Business Class A hot towel is offered to our Business Class passengers as soon as they are seated.Towels are also offered before and after meals during the flight. Vintage Champagne and fresh orange juice are presented as a Welcome Drink. Our menus are personalized for each passenger and are specially designed for Business Class. Drinks and meals are provided according to the passengers' choices. Our service components depend on the time of day and differ between daylight and night flights. Passengers are able to choose mezze and hors doeuvres prepared according to Turkish and World Cuisine recipes followed by a soup service.

Economy Class There are different service offerings for short,medium and long haul flights,which are designed to fit the time of day and length of the flight.In economy we serve our meals on trays using melamine dishes, with the exception of hot meals, which are served on porcelain. On some flights, meals may be served informally in a disposable plastic box.
Turkish Airlines continues to provide menu cards and aperitif drinks on journeys with adequate flight times and provides a choice of hot meals when they are offered.
